Walked in and there was Charles, smiling at me from a distance. He felt my presence was thrilled to be here, and explore 419’s products! Friendly, informative, and business minded. Looking forward to next’s visit for the drink, thanks to Cameron’s suggestion at the register!! They make a great sales team, see picture of my first purchase :)

Excellent service. Thanks Charles for the most awesome experience! So much variety and great quality to choose from. Then, you get someone as full of knowledge, friendly, and kind... you return and refer. Excellent store, merchandise, and more. Definitely returning again and again.

Great experience at the smoke shop! Dante was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Definitely appreciate the good customer service and will be coming back!

This is my favorite local smoke shop! The variety of products they carry is awesome so that way if you wanna try something new or if you just have your favorites there always something good to choose from. The staff is kind and personable and extremely knowledgeable about the different products! Big shout out to Markus and Jimmy for always giving ten out of ten customer service!

Best smoke shop we stopped to our entire trip staying at the solara. Customer service 10/10
