Had my first experience at this vape shop in Florida and I couldn’t have asked for better service—huge shoutout to Dontae and Charles. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. They were super knowledgeable, broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand, and didn’t rush me at all. You can tell they actually care about helping customers, not just making a sale. They recommended exactly what I needed, and it ended up being perfect. If it’s your first time or you just want solid, honest advice, definitely ask for Dontae and Charles. They made the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

10/10 would recommend! The store is a lot bigger than I was expecting, holding plenty of options. We specifically stopped for cigars, cutters, and lighters. We were greeted by two separate staff members who displayed great customer service.
