I recommend coming here to anyone. You’ll always be greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from all the workers. Best thing with them other than their low prices is I had a night where I was going to stop after their closing time I called to let them know and they stayed open to help me. Definitely will see me there often

I’ve been a long time customer here. Everyone is very friendly and they have the best prices and products. Vale is especially great and professional. If I’m not happy with something she makes sure to fix the issue so that they keep their customer satisfaction up. Vale is the best and this is the best smoke shop in Kissimmee!!!

SUPER impressed with this Apothecary (AKA: Smoke shop!). The store itself is clean, beautifully laid-out, organized & WELL STOCKED! Every time I've come here, they have exactly what I need (in multiple options), with knowledgeable staff to help you decide! The prices trump every other shop I've been to. Most jack up the prices really high, forcing me to just order online, but not Cali Smoke Shop! The prices are EXTREMELY competitive & are just as affordable as what you'll find online- only without the shipping & wait time! The staff... Don't even get me started! They're WONDERFUL! Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful; when you come here, you're treated like a good friend! I'm so happy to have Cali Smoke Shop in my neighborhood... They're literally a 2min drive from my house & there's NO DOUBT I'll be back again & again for all my Apothecary needs! If I could give 10 stars, I would! THANK YOU CALI SMOKE SHOP!!!

Dear Customers, Thank you for sharing your concerns. At Cali Smoke Shop, we do not sell counterfeit products, as it is against the law. Our return policy does not allow returns or exchanges on opened or used vapes, but we encourage customers to test their vapes in-store. If there’s an issue immediately after purchase, we’re happy to provide a replacement. For certain items, returns may be accepted the next day if faulty, but not after two days. Thank you for your understanding. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Best regards, Fabiola Manager, Cali Smoke Shop

Best smoke shop, i went a few months ago to get gummy’s for my dad because he can’t sleep. In that day Fabi was working and she was so helpful and a sweetheart. From the start really good vibes at the smoke shop Really big and they have a lot of stuff and really good pricing. Highly recommend.
