Awesome place ! I went in asking for something that wasn't a very known thing and they made it happen. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They will do what they can to make sure you leave a returning customer. I babble when I'm anxious and these dudes just went with it 🤣 I know they gotta think I'm hare brained but absolutely make me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. This is my go to for my preferred product and I'm so happy they are as friendly as they are.

They have good selection of products but the smokables are old. The boxes of cigars are hard, dry and broken. This is 3rd box now and of course cant return tobacco! You would think like other places buying bulk by the box gets your fresher since spending more. Not here!

wouldn’t sell to me because i used my husbands card even tho i had my ID and everything. sometimes they don’t even check id and now they won’t even sell to me because of the card im using? but doesn’t matter who’s cash i give them… they have rude staff and unclean store they used to have good deals but now are overpriced. my friends and i will never shop here again. everytime Go to Sanford Smoke Shop instead and give them your money. they check IDs and are fair- better prices and deals too
