This has been my go to vape shop for a long time, awesome products from vape, vape juice, kratom, pipes and tons more! All for a good price too! They also have a great rewards program so sometimes my vape juice is even free, if you ever need to know which coils or vape is right for you ask for Xavier, very knowledgeable and cool guy!

I’m new to Lakeland and found this shop driving around. Xavier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thank you again Xavier!

I go in today to get coils. I tell the employee working I’d like the Voopoo PnP coils with a single mesh. This is the same thing I’ve told countless attendants countless times at a handful of shops. She gives me pushback and acts like she just can’t figure out what the means. I then ask all to the car to get my mod so I can give her the exact model number. I’m checking out and said wow didn’t know they expanded their product line. She then tries to school me saying I need to always have that info. Well that’s cool great advice I will use it when I’m shopping ANYWHERE ELSE for them in the future. Well let me educate you on something. The PnP could are a platform… they all fit the PnP tanks so perhaps if a person doesn’t have that info in the future that will help. Or here a mind blowing idea… OFFER TO HELP! I don’t know maybe ask if they have rewards and look at their past purchases?

Man let me tell you, the prices here are way better than north lakeland!! the guy i spoke with im pretty sure his name was xavier helped me find the vape that i wanted without knowing the flavors name and was a very good guy have a very interactive conversation with him! definitely coming back to this shop, i love the environment!!

First it looked like I went back in time. The shop was spotless and very well organized. Prices fair across the board. The most important thing to me is customer service. This shop especially my service rep Xavier Q. Was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond answering my many questions. He also helped me pick out something and I gotta say I love my E-cig cause it’s animated!!!! Love it and I loved everything about this place. I will be back. Happy day!
