Its your typical Wawa. I always give them 3 stars. Theyre usually clean & orderly. Always someone at the register but prices are high

Really busy great customer service. Got in and out pretty quick for the amount of people inside!

Came in for breakfast. They had a long line so I went to self check out. Self check of it had zero bags. I purchased a lot of snacks and drinks. I even purchased a bag of ice. That after check out was not available. I went to the cashier about the ice box being empty. I was told to wait at the ice box. I was left there standing for 15 mins. My sandwich’s were now cold and when the guy finally came with the ice bag. I asked if I could switch out the sandwiches because they were now cold. Since I had been waiting for an extended amount of time. He replied with “if they have them”. What a great way to not go the extra mile for your customers. A better reply would be “sorry for your wait, yes please go ahead no problem”. Thank you for waiting.
