(Changing from 1star) Still super overpriced with little to no difference in quality from other local shops and bro behind counter is not checking ID's. Wider selection ig but Higher Up has huge selection and way better prices.

Amazing shop selection, full of creativity, and run by two brothers! They were the only vape juice shop open on Thanksgiving and I was so grateful to find them. I’ve struggled to find Sad Boy and Jam Monster since coming from TX and these guys have an unreal selection. The prices are extremely reasonable. Especially when you’re buying multiple products.

I love coming to this smoke shop. I’ve been coming for two years. I just made a call to inquire about a product I always purchase there and the guy on the phone swore they didn’t have the product so I asked him to ask his manager and turn a out they had the it. He got frustrated with me and then I asked them if they had a specific vape juice and I told him the brand and flavor. He asked me what brand and I told him the name again. He said I gave him attitude and that I didn’t have to come into the shop. Then he hung up on me. I called again in hopes to speak with a manager and he said the manager wasn’t there and proceeded to hang up on me again. I’m on my way to the store to now purchase what I need since I was already on the way when I called. Honestly if the employees are going to be rude and impatient then it’s best for anyone to just go somewhere else. It’s sad cause at one point I gave this place 5 stars and now the customer service has made me feel that I am not welcomed at the store. I’ve spent so much money here and for the guy to say not to come in because he was having an issue with me or having a bad day it’s insulting. If you want to buy blunts or something easy then sure but if you are wanting good customer service and knowledge on a product then just Google and go somewhere else. Update: just went it and I didn’t even get greeted. I asked for my product and instead of helping me he just grabbed all the things, threw them in a bag and checked me out. I wasn’t even done and he left the register.
