Ana (pronounced like the character from Frozen), is fantastic. She greeted me immediately upon entering even though she was working with another customer. I asked her for a recommendation and she really knew what she was talking about and led me to a new product that I love. She told me it was only her second day off training which was extremely impressive because she spoke with so much confidence and had so much knowledge about the product, that it really could have been HER store! I was so impressed that I will now be frequenting this smoke shop as my “regular” one.

Higher Up Smoke Shop is one of the coolest and most well-stocked smoke shops I’ve ever visited! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by bright, organized displays and a massive selection of unique glass pieces. The store is spotless, spacious, and has an awesome vibe with artwork, collectibles, and tons of personality everywhere you look. Their selection is seriously impressive — rows and rows of very cool pipes, custom pieces, character-themed glass, and high-quality bongs in every shape and style you can think of. They also carry some of the best grey torches I’ve seen, sleek and durable with great power. You can tell they really curate their inventory with care and make sure customers have access to both fun novelty items and high-end options. The staff is friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. They’re always happy to explain products, recommend options, or help you find something specific without any pressure. It’s the kind of shop where you actually enjoy browsing because there’s so much to look at. If you’re into glass, torches, or just want a smoke shop with a huge variety and great service, Higher Up Smoke Shop is a must-visit. Five stars all the way — this place is awesome!

I was helped by Kelsey when I went in; she gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. She’s also extremely sweet as well! Lots of variety in whatever you’re looking for and the place is cutely decorated. Plenty of freebies too and I recommend signing up for their rewards program to save money on your purchases. Truly the only smoke shop I’ve been going to for years now; they’re very reliable with great selection and a cool staff.

Went to higher up today and had the best experience with Danny! She’s amazing, so kind and super helpful. This place is awesome

Showed up just now at 8:10am and the door was locked ,lights on, open sign lit, knocked quite a few times and no one answered. Even called the number and the voicemail picked up stating they were sorry but they were helping other customers. Stayed put for a bit but still no one came to the door. Just an inconvenience.
