I walk in and up to the bar, there's 5 people there. Three have drinks and two are considering what they'd like to order. No greeting from the bartender or even an ask if I'd like to order anything. I wait a minute then walk away and sit down away from the bar. She looks over and still doesn't ask. I walk up to the bar to get a napkin and the bartender gives me this look of disapproval. I asked her is there an issue with me getting a napkin? She says "no, but just to let let you know we're not part of the hotel" My response was okay, but I can't get a napkin as a common courtesy? Is it really that big of an issue for me to take a napkin that you have to give me a face? She said "you can take whatever you want". I responded then you could have not made an issue out of next to nothing. Five minutes later a security guard comes in and informed me that the bartender requested he remind me that the bar is not part of the hotel and I can't take things "a napkin" from the bar. The security guard was very professional and understanding of the whole situation unlike the bartender from the start. There's reasons why every night I walk by heading to my room it's almost empty. FYI There are countless places in South Beach selling 2 drinks for $20 with much much better atmosphere, often live entertainment, more attentive and professional bartenders. I 💯 Do Not Recommend going here. This review should not reflect on The Chesterfield Hotel. The staff there has been truly welcoming and professional my entire stay.

Dont do it!!! Do not get food from this place I am not sure if this is cat food rolled up in breadcrumbs or actual food. I ordered the ham and cheese croquettes to try for a Cuban delicacy . I am absolutely shocked as to what I received. It literally looks and smells like cat or dog food rolled up in breadcrumbs and halfway cooked. Absolutely disgusting!!! I do not recommend this place. Tthe drinks are absolutely overpriced and the customer service was not great. I ordered room service at 5 PM when the restaurant opened. I came down to the bar to see the ETA and the lady was just arriving at 5:30 and told me I needed to wait another 15 minutes.
Jungle Hookah Bar and Cafe is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and unique — laid-back but still lively. The atmosphere really stands out and makes it a great place to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy good company. The food and drinks were on point. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well put together. You can tell they care about quality. The service was also top tier — friendly, attentive, and quick without being overbearing. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual bite or meeting up with friends for drinks, this place delivers. Definitely a 5-star experience and I’ll be coming back.
