I had a fantastic experience at 40 Acres smoke shop! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through their impressive selection of smoking accessories and herbal products. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. Their commitment to customer service truly sets them apart. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!

The entire cart leaked out the bottom and into my mouth, it was almost full. The next day I went to get an exchange, but the manager told me that I would have to come back the following day when the other employee was there. When I finally returned for the third time, she refused to even exchange it, even though the cart was still obviously leaking and sticky from the oil. I was so disappointed because I really wanted to love this shop!

The first few times I bought a fume, I had no problem, mind you I only get one flavor which is banana ice, but literally the last 5 times I’ve come to buy they have burnt out NASTY, the one single time I come to see if they would have the decency to swap it out (them knowing I come and buy here on the regular) they don’t even bother asking any questions or giving suggestions they just sent me On my way! Everything is fine and dandy when they want to take your money but when they have to respond for selling faulty products they’d rather lose a client, I am NEVER coming back here or recommending anymore people. GARBAGE.
