I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The website said my cigars would ship within 3 days, but it's now been over a week and my order still hasn't shipped. There has been no communication or update on the delay. If you advertise a shipping timeframe, you should either meet it or keep your customers informed. So far, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I hope they improve their customer service.

Hopefully this review will get companies attention so my order can be fulfilled and shipped. I reach serval times with no response or updates. At this point I’m about to call my bank and report as a scam! 😡 Over 1 1/2 weeks since order has been placed. Please respond! Update: Martin reach out to me….see photo 1 for his response 🤡 I placed my same order the same day with another company and received in less the a week. Martiny told me Throwback Cigars are know longer made 🧐 Guess he was misinformed. I received my order today….see photo 2! Shop else where to insure you get what you order without any hassles. They issued me a full refund as per my request.

I ordered from them, it took over a month to get the order. They sent me the wrong item and the other correct item was moldy. Throughout this whole process their customer service has been atrocious. The same replies (word for word) to different questions, not answering questions, not providing tracking numbers, etc. I returned the items and its been a month and STILL no refund. What happens when I email them? I get the same standard reply I got when I first purchased and wanted a tracking number. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER order ANYTHING from here. They'll take forever to send it and it won't be right. 0 stars if I could!

This order was my first time placing with Buitrago Cigars. Everything was easy, self- explanatory ordering directions, payment, fast shipping. I have no complaints thus far; I plan on being a return customer. I've looked everywhere for my Watermelon Hase, finally found them at a reasonable price. Thank you, Miss Kat

I ordered a box of cigars from this on 6 Dec. have not gotten any tracking or status on the order. You cannot reach anyone by phone so I emailed but still have not received any response since emailing them two days ago. This has got to be the worst company to order from. Hopefully I can get a response soon and I can update my review. - frustrated buyer
