I received a coupon for a free torch lighter to be delivered with my next order, after receiving 2 orders there was no free lighter, I notified the company several times with no response. I feel this a scam to get the buyer to continue to order more cigars hoping to eventually get the free product. BEWARE!

I've been doing business with this company for nearly 10 years and only had one unsatisfactory experience prior to my recent experience. I had to return a product due to the quality (which is fine), then I reordered a different product. I paid $15 shipping just to send back the original package and followed all of the procedures listed on the website for returns. I received a confirmation that the package was left with an individual at the company's warehouse, however, no one could seem to locate my package. After speaking with the in-store rep, she advised me that she'd open a case. However, that charge would've still been on my credit card which would have accrued interest while I waited for a resolution. I contacted my bank to work with the vendor as I didn't have time to continue calling about an issue that I didn't cause. I was contacted by an overly aggressive rep at the company's office, clearly disturbed by my bank's charge-back. I couldn't quite explain my logic of not wanting to carry interest on a payment when they literally could have just reimbursed me, or apply the credit to my next purchase as I was repeatedly interrupted. If you had a customer for 10 years, who has turned several other people onto your business, you'd think they'd be more sensitive. However, I was told that all of my accounts would be cancelled and could no longer do business with the company. I literally had my bank handle it as insurance until a solution was found. If the young lady would've been patient, she would've found out that its a temporary charge-back while Discover investigates the issue. That's unfortunate as I've been faithfully purchasing from this vendor since visiting their beautiful cigar store in Miami almost 10 years ago. Very disappointing as I loved supporting CC Crafters and spreading the word about their cigars.

I placed an online order with Cigars Crafters to get some discontinued cigars that they thankfully still had in stock. I never heard of them but gave it a shot anyway and hoped for the best. Let me tell you - the cigars I ordered were not just priced fairly, they arrived packaged WAY more thoughtfully than any of the big well-known cigar websites I've ordered from. The cigars are in perfect condition, came in a humidified bag with a free cutter and a little scratch-off prize card too. I will DEFINITELY support this brick & mortar shop again whenever possible, even all the way from NY! Highly recommend this shop, thanks again!

Not a Cigar shop, wholesale only, not open to the public. Update google!

I'm still waiting for my refund. It's been over 2 weeks since they said they processed the refund. I emailed them several times but no answer since then. Is this store still operating? Ord# 133915.
