very professional and informative. We got the pleasure to see several cigars being rolled and prepared. Not being Cigar smokers the staff was so polite and helpful. Did not make us feel bad or uncomfortable. We highly recommend coming by and checking this place out

One of the best spots to just kicked it (bring your own drink ) they also have cafecito on demand as well, but man the vibes are great and the cigars are plenty

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue. Today (6/21/26), I went in to purchase cigars for my father, which is something I do every Father’s Day. I was the only customer in the store, while two employees were sitting at the register. As I went to look around another area, I was asked to leave my bag at the register. I understand stores have policies, but considering I was the only customer there and had never been asked this before, I was uncomfortable leaving my belongings unattended. Instead of offering assistance or finding a way to help a returning customer, the employees’ response resulted in losing a sale and a loyal customer. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately I did not feel valued during this visit. I ended up going down the street to Neptune Cigars, where I had a much better experience and received the customer service I was looking for.

The staff is supper helpful and polite, amazing selection of cigars, loved the Cuban espresso.

Excellent Ciagr Lounge. Fair price, a very large Humidor with several Cigar's options. A nice lounge to smoke and great friends. They don't sell any drinks, but you can take yours with you. In that case, do not forget your own glasses. I love that place
