Finally got the chance to visit after ordering a few times online. Wow - what a HUGE selection of cigars in this superstore! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable! The options for accessories is endless. Every cigar has a wonderful description card that shares the name, the size, the contents, the origins and even the cumulative ratings. The prices are reasonable. Definitely a place to visit in person.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! I went to four other cigar shops which none of them had the specific cigar I was looking for but Neptune came through for the win. Not only did they have exactly what I wanted, but they also have an amazing employee named Manny. He recognized the cigar just from the wrapper and even took the time to tell me more about it, which I really appreciated. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a huge variety at great prices.
