Great smoke shop with a solid selection and good prices. What really stood out was the customer service Sam was super helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. He made the whole experience easy and welcoming, not rushed at all. Definitely coming back because of that level of service. Highly recommend checking this place out and asking for Sam if he’s there.

Honestly to not exchanged a defective vape is crazy. Customer service has always been great but to say hey sorry we have signs posted about no returns or exchanges due to a defective item is not right. the only reason I had to choose that vape is because they talked to switch over to a new beri vap with cartridges that’s amazing but they never have the popular flavors.

They sale you broken vapes and as soon as you want to change it they will tell you it’s not possible because it’s open even when you open it in front of them this place it the worst smoke shop in Miami I’ll be filing a former complaint with consumers report and will make sure that all my fans from my podcast know not to purchase anything from this people. I have never gotten nothing free and I have always paid full price and the customer service it’s not that good either that employee Samuel talks to much and has no idea what he’s selling.

Maykel was great very attentive as soon as I walked in he immediately asked me for my needs highly recommend that for Mike

The prices are way higher than those of other smoke shops, even than those from other "Holy Smokes". Have given them several opportunities and believed in their recommendation, because they seemed knowledgeable, BUT the products have not lived up to the review given, so last time I walked out without buying anything due to the prices being so ridiculous (10 dolalrs difference for the same product in a smoke shop less than 2 miles away IS ridiculous). I want to add the dishonesty of them: when you want a product that is not the ones they recomend, they "don't find it in the system" they literally had the product there and aparently they are displayed but not entered in the system.
