Absolute worst customer service ever. I am a 31-year-old, and I went into this smoke shop on June 30th at around 7:40 PM. I was looking specifically to buy a Geek Bar. I pointed at the specific one I wanted, but the employee (a skinny, slender Black male working the shift) was incredibly lazy and claimed they didn't have it, even though it was right in front of my eyes. When I pointed to the item again to help him locate it, he rudely told me he was leaving to serve other customers and said he "doesn’t have time for a grabby boy”. Treating a grown customer with this level of disrespect and childish attitude is completely unacceptable. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff. If you are looking for a reliable vape shop for your vapes and Geek Bars, avoid this place at all costs. Management needs to address this employee's behavior immediately.

I was standing infront of the shop with one of my girlfriends trying to look at Google Maps and where to hit up next and this crazed man got out of the shop and started yelling at us for being infront of it. He was the owner it seemed but absolutely terrifying. Run away

Walked in a few minutes before 10 pm...closing time at 10. Was quickly picking a shirt, but the clerk didn't want to sell it to me.

Straightforward and has a lot of products. It was $32 for a vape though w/ tax.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude employee. I walked into this shop today, politely asked to see some special options for a product I was interested in, and the employee flat-out refused to show me anything. He tried to push two random options without giving me a chance to compare or even see what I was actually trying to buy. When he said he needed my ID to proceed, I handed it over without hesitation. Even after providing my ID, he still refused to show me the product — acting like he was trying to hide something. When I asked to simply hold the product so I could decide, he sarcastically said, “How is holding it going to make a difference in whether you buy it or not?” That attitude alone says everything about how this place operates. When I calmly told him I have the right to see what I’m purchasing, he told me, “You’re no longer a customer,” and kicked me out of the store. Unbelievable. If this is how they treat people, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. Completely unprofessional and rude — that employee shouldn’t be working there.
