During the mother's day sale my husband and I decided to order more than usual because of the deal they had going on. Boy was that a mistake! We now have 8 vapes that all expired in 2023!!!! Half of them are defected and stay on when you take a hit, hold no charge, zero flavor, and the can of pouches were also 3 years old and discolored and bone dry. We have sent 3 maybe even 4 emails and the only response was to resend photos of the expiration date and to open every box and show them the vape. Very disappointed because the last time I had an issue they responded promptly and fixed my issue fast. The worst part is we weren't even trying to get our money back, we just wanted fresh ones sent to us. We had protection added for a reason. Really hope they reach out fast and take care of this. Super disappointed.

This company is as crooked as they come , they convinced me to retract my complaint with the better business bureau against them for selling me defected mods , and not replacing them , to holding my money hostage on my next order until they get a report back from them saying I retracted it! Don’t trust this company !! They ship old defected products , and they don’t make good on them !! Crooked as they come ! Wait until they get the next complaints that are coming from multiple agencies!! Thieves !!

I ordered and the package is nowhere to be found. Tracking shows it left Miami and now in PA, when we live in FL. It’s been over 10 days, no one is responding to emails, and the store rep says he doesn’t know anything about shipping. All I want is what I ordered! HELP

Ordered two disposable vapes and they both arrived defective. Couldn't return them because they don't except returns on disposable vapes.
