Visited this shop and Franco was very helpful. The store is stocked full of all you need to elevate your vibe, relax and even have beverages. It’s clean and the service is great.

I especially want to recognize Jose for providing exceptional customer service. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Walked into this place made a cheap purchase. Used my Apple Pay and after paying as I’m walking out a Hispanic man with glasses and tribal tattoos on his neck started telling me it says pending. I showed him my app that showed the payment and the business. I also showed him where it deducted my money. This man continued to say I didn’t pay. He then stated it’s probably because I have no money. I asked him if he was new and if he had ever had experience with contactless payment. I also asked him to contact someone that has more experience. I also asked him for a receipt. He declined to give me a receipt and continued to tell me that I have no money. I was not rude to this man and this was my first time walking into the store. I cannot believe in 2026 businesses in north Miami Beach are racially profiling. I have never been called broke after making a payment in my life. I am absolutely disgusted and I hope this business closes. I have lived here my whole life and I have never experienced this. I am absolutely livid. To see what we as a country are going through and to have people with businesses treating other human beings like this is a shame! If I had no money I would not have written this review I’m writing this review because I walked into this made a valid purchase and then after my purchase was disrespected. If I would have known this was the result of going here I would have never walked into this store. May the man who refused me a receipt and who refused to treat me like a human being have the day he deserves. I encourage all management to review tapes and audio.
