I call the store, "Hey do you have thca vapes?" He says, "Of course, brother." I get to the store, "thca vapes?" She says, "This whole shelf right here." I get a box, pay for it. Its not thca. I look up, theres a sign, "no refunds, no exchanges." They smile at me. Well, they got another one I guess. 1 star. Really great business.

Overpriced on everything. They upcharge and don’t accept returns on anything. I’d recommend holy smokes smoke shop they’re genuine and priced fairly.

BEST STORE IN MIAMI ALL THE THINGS YOU NEED FOR SMOKERZ, if you don’t shop at pipe you live a lie 😉✅

It's not that big a shop (not that that's bad, just for some reason I thought it would be bigger) but it has an interesting selection and good variety, as well as awesome customer service. The person that helped us when we went was Vanessa, if I'm not mistaken. She was super helpful and patient with our questions. Planning to go again and will def recommend to others :) Edit- Posted this years ago, but noticed I missed a word lol

Terrible shop , guy unplugs phone to not answer it told me himself
