If I could give 6 stars, I would. Never have I had a bad experience at this smoke shop. The store is welcoming and clean. The selection of products is very extensive, you are guaranteed to find what you're looking for here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I live a few blocks away from another smoke shop, yet I always go out of my way to pay these guys a visit. If you're in the area, give them a try, guaranteed you will not be let down.

If you appreciate friendly atmosphere and customer service don't shop here. Spent $200 on a vaporizer and it broke by the time i reached my car. Walked back in to return the item and was barked at asked to leave and did not get a refund. I believe most of their products are broken and don't work. If you plan on spending a significant amount of money drive the extra mile and spend your money somewhere with products that are not broken and where they will honor a return of a broken item.
