Alex provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain the different options without rushing me. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers find what works best for them. The store was clean, well stocked, and the overall experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back. Great customer service is hard to come by anywhere in Miami. I guess that’s why smokes up miami has been strong for 10+ years unlike other smoke shops in the past. Their yearly block parties are so much fun! The owner is super down to earth and welcoming. I love that at our local businesses. 10/10 recommend!

Customer service was very great

I’ve been holding back on this review to see if things would change but I’ve been getting the same experience for the past 4 months now. For starters, the staff is very rude and not knowledgeable of the products in the store, god forbid i ask about anything glass related because the answer I get is “i dont know” or “it should say it on the box”. Secondly, the variety of nicotine products they have is honestly sad, I’ve seen gas stations with more flavors than this place. But on the other hand, I do like the 2 for $20 deal they sometimes offer with the disposable vapes. Thirdly, on multiple occasions I have came in the store and I am not even acknowledged by the staff because they are sooo busy talking it up with their friends towards the back of the store, in fact on one occasion one of the “friends” had to point out to the staff member that she had a customer in the store. I hope this review results in improvement of the business, in my opinion I believe the root of the issue lies within the choice of staff.
