Stopped by SOFLO Smoke Shop and had a great experience. Kelvin was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a huge selection of products at reasonable prices. You can tell they care about their customers and providing good service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this shop to anyone in the Miami area looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
