I had a great experience at this smoke shop, all thanks to Ashley. She was really friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about everything I asked. She helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she actually cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been going to the chill spot every 3 days for the past 2 months almost, no issues until tonight 5/21/2026. I’ve been walking in there every night purchasing the same product, and I always walk in with my Wife. A young lady with slits in her eyebrows and piercings. Asked me the purchaser for my ID gladly showed it to her because I am of age, then she followed up asking for my Wife’s which she doesn’t smoke and didn’t have her physical ID in hand. My wife offered to show her a picture the young lady said no, I followed up saying I’ve been coming here already and that she has helped a couple of times already and in her words she said “I respectfully don’t care”. I followed with grabbing my ID off the counter and walked out. Not mad at the fact that she didn’t sell to me but the I’m upset of the disrespect.

Did not have a problem with the place till today, there is no reason to show that you are open on Google Maps, drive and get there just for doors to be locked and no one picking up the phone. If there is lunch times or there is inconsistency with opening in the morning then change the availability times, because y’all making people waste their time going to your place at a “open time” and then no one is there.

Guys always take good care of me here. Specially the girl with the short hair and kid with the hat. Pretty good selection of products too tbh
