I just went for the first time to this smoke shop and I found everything I needed. There’s so many different types of basically anything you can think of in a smoke shop and most of all the best thing that I left that place was with Emily’s hospitality, her attention she obeyed me you know what Lol I’m gonna have to talk to the manager because maybe I want her to work for my company and she’s such a great sales woman. If she’s not you higher above, give her the biggest promotion there is much love, Thalia.

I had a great experience at World of Smoke & Vape. Echo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection of products. Customer service like Echo’s is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service

Emily Sanchez did an amazing job helping me find the right flavor, she’s super friendly, likeable and courteous while helping you find your vape flavor. She’s very knowledgeable about most brands. I’d definitely come back to this shop where the service was immaculate and their prices aren’t too bad compared to other shops. Thank you Emily, for being as kind as you were. Bought this Geekvape device from a shelf unit. From the first use, it alternated between “no coil detected” and “short circuit” errors — never got a single usable puff. Tried reseating the coil, swapping in a spare, and resetting the device: nothing worked. Contacted the seller the same day. He was friendly, but wouldn’t acknowledge the device was faulty and said I’d have to wait for “the boss” to deal with it — no timeline, no accountability, no fix. Pros: • Sleek design, feels solid physically Cons: • Defective out of the box (coil/short-circuit errors) • Completely unusable • Seller denied the issue instead of addressing it • No resolution timeline given Avoid this seller — a faulty product paired with a refusal to even acknowledge the problem is a bad combination.

I came in for my first time last Friday. Fio was there and she was incredible. She was very knowledgeable. Helped me to find what I needed and got me signed up for the loyalty program. I love a good loyalty program and this one is great. She even gave me a dope little backpack that folds up.
