BEST ZA FOR REAL NO FAKE TREE BS 20 / 3.5 ⛽️

I am a 2% girl and Vincent was most helpful. While the stock is limited in what I need, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. After the purchase was made, he opened each one to ensure they weren’t duds. You now, sometimes they are. Thank you Vincent!

Vincent is such an amazing person, I’m here for vacay but I wet there to get my lava clear ice vape, but unfortunately they don’t have it. But a Vincent has a great, great customer service and patient with me so I buying 2 vape instead just one! I highly recommends this place for you guys!!

Burn One Smoke and Vape is the best vape shop in the NMB/Aventura/Sunny Isles area. I have some experience with vape shops as I am a part owner of a smoke and vape shop in Hollywood Fl. There are a few reasons why I go to Burn One regularly: I will enumerate them as follows. Firstly, the shop is well-organized, has good lighting and is spacious—you don’t feel like your cramped into a dimly-lit phone booth with a million options confusing you. Secondly, the prices are extremely competitive, and they have deals that cycle which are always of interest to me when I shop there. Thirdly, and most importantly, the customer service is excellent—whether you are a seasoned vape user or a total newbie they will help you find what you are looking for and get it a fair price—furthermore, if the product has any issues they correct the situation on the spot to you always leave happy. I cant speak highly enough for this establishment—I have been going for a few years now and recently upgraded to a rechargeable vape and the help and suggestions of the customer service team were fantastic. I encourage you to stop by for all of your smoke and vaping needs.

Called over half the smokeshops in miami looking for a replacement atomizer for my Puffco Peak. No one had them. This place actually took the time to call me back after realizing they had a one left. Saved my day lol. Staff is super chill
