What can I NOT say…first time coming to this location cause I’m usually shopping at the Puff Miami in Hollywood. But needless to say Majorie is a whole vibe to the point I no longer have to drive out of my way to go to the other one. I went in looking for a certain brand and flavor and unfortunately they didn’t have it but she put me onto two other flavors from the brand where I had to double back and buy so what started out as just one purchase ended in two with a promise to come back. Businesses need more people like her. Someone who has knowledge of the product. And who can keep you coming back. Remove that and the regulars aren’t regulars anymore. Because I know I wouldn’t be. Yes it’s true I was a newbie and there probably would be more after me but when you got someone that you can go to and is solid that can have a convo and teach you something’s in the process who wouldn’t come back. Even if it’s just for that person. It’s keeps the revenue going and the reviews flowing to keep more people coming in. Will be back most definitely because of her excellent customer service and my amazing customer experience. The shop is fire as well. But it’s the person who’s in it that make it a staple.

I’ve been coming to Puff Miami for a year and some change now and I love it. Sultan and Marjorie are always polite and knowledgeable and has good quality stuff.

Leeno was fantastic. Super helpful and very informative. 10/10 recommend stopping in if you need anything for your smoking needs. The store is super clean and they have a bunch of different stuff in stock

Marjorie is beyond cool. She literally counselled me on how to get off nicotine salt and back on e-juice so that I'm not damaging my body as much. If you want good advice and some awesome convo then come on in.
