One of my favorite smoke shops in the Ocoee area. They have an excellent cigar selection and pretty much everything you need—from premium cigars and vapes to all your smoking accessories. The selection is great, and there’s always something new to check out. What really makes this place stand out is the service. Marlene is amazing! She’s always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Great selection, great prices, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended

Great selection of cigars with a nice big humidor. Customer service is excellent. Marlen is awesome. She is very knowledgeable of all the varieties of cigars and very helpful in recommending different cigars.

I always stop by this shop for my cigars! Most places that are ‘vape stores’ have very very limited options for cigars, and most are very low quality. Not here. You have an incredible selection to chose from, properly humidified and quite comfortable. Reasonable prices. Marleen helped me out and she was great!

Trinity has amazing customer service skills here. I was sitting outside and she offered me a free water. Who does that in 2026 anymore? Great selection of cigars too.

Cigar City Smoke Shop is an awesome! The selection is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service really stands out. Alissa was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole experience even better and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cigar City Smoke Shop, especially if you get the chance to work with Alissa!
