Hands down one of the best ships on the area. Location is key and this location is on the corner from Publex ,there is a pizza place next to it and a gym and a nails spa with plenty others …huge variety of merchandise with multiple options and don’t shy to ask for discounts when you buy multiples ,staff are very friendly and willing to write down items in need to make sure you find them next time you pass by…and the best thing is the huge parking area !keep up the good work guys ,you rock !

Always a wonderful experience visiting this location. The inventory is vast, the discount program is a huge plus, and the staff is incredible. One team member consistently goes above and beyond with a welcoming smile that brightens my day.

Idk who the young lady is working the shift with dark brown hair at 4:40pm on a Friday. But she is the laziest worker I’ve ever encountered. And she’s a liar. I called in to inquire about product’s availability and shipment and she sat there and told me you guys had something in stock and that you guys just got shipment in the day before. So I come in and she completely lied and tries to play it off by grabbing a whole different product. The box of the product I was looking for was still empty from the last time I came in. You need to hire someone who’s not in high school and can coherently understand customers needs and not lie to them. Also mind you, she was ignoring me on the phone and barely responding or listening. If you guys can replay and listen to calls I’d highly advice you to do so with her.

Best customer service when it comes to smoke shops in Orlando. The owner is a dope person very nice and welcoming. Never had an issue with any of the employee. Great vibes and great selections. Whatever you need they got it !

Worst customer service. The lady was in the back and irritated that she had to come from back there. May have been putting on make up because of what she looked like when she came out. Hee face was half comtoured or whatever. First and last time going.
