On or around May 16th 2026, the employee Brittany made derogatory remarks about my medical equipment when I walked in. I had wires hanging from my head for an at home brain test. Another customer asked her who she was talking to in surprise. She refused to serve me properly and lacked customer service and respect. She kindly spoke to everyone else in the store at the time. She made a disrespectful comment on my way out with others in the store. Later, she shared biased information with my partner while I wasn’t around that disrupted my personal life. She also mentioned to him that I was rude and didn’t speak to her which isn’t true, you can pull video. This is wildly inappropriate for a store clerk to do. We’ve been coming to this store for years before she worked there. Unprofessional, as well as discriminatory. I am considering a formal complaint. The owner is amazing. It’s Brittany.

Excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly & helpful with my questions. The BEST PRICES I've come across. I’ve been going there since I moved here 2 years ago and I’ll continue to go there! Definitely check this place out!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! VAPE WISE- IF YOU BUY ANYTHING AND STAY IN THE STORE TO TEST IT OUT WITHOUT SMOKING IT THEY WILL NOT TRADE IT OUT OR REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. HE LITERALLY ROBBED ME OF $21 FOR A OFF STAMP WITH THAT THE BATTERY CONNECTS TO IT, DIDN'T EVEN SMOKE IT AND HE WOULDN'T HELP ME OUT IN NO WAY!

The employees need to be more attentive to the things they sell to people I was a new customer inquired about “Off stamp” vape after telling the employee that I wanted to try new vapes and what would she recommend this vape and is it a best seller she proceeded to tell me it’s a good seller and vapes are good however she new the vape pack doesn’t come with a charger and sold me the vape without the charger and when I went back in the same day and asked her about the charger which the box itself says charger inside she proceeded to tell me you have to buy the kit which comes with another vape and the magnetic charger port and also asked her why she didn’t she say this in the beginning and she stated I only work here. Real bad for business if you don’t know anything about the products you’re selling.
