This place was beautiful, vibes and aura was impeccable, & the service was great! The hookahs were very smooth, and the music just set the tone for a great night out with friends. I did however, experience an encounter with one of their staff security members in which it escalated when it in fact didn’t need to. At the end of the night, I spoke with the manager Mustafa and he addressed the issue right then & there and made sure we were satisfied. Safe to say, we were and we will indeed be coming back. For as long as that security guard is no longer an employee at this establishment that is (:

If I can give this place zero stars I would . The manager is super unprofessional . They CHARGE and run game on big parties. If you have more than 5 people be prepared to be charged 20 each on A WEEK NIGHT specially . They charged my party of 8 20 each to guarentee us a booth ,without disclosing that we would have to buy two bottles . So we ended up leaving getting SCAMMED for our money at the door paying entry, just to leave after us then finding out we have to buy bottles to . ( never disclosed to us ) we have been to aria several times but this time was the last . Save your money and go somewhere else . Best part . No accountability from the manager when confronted . He blamed his door girl .

We went last night for my friend’s bday and Yaya gave us the best service ever! She was on it! Best server ever! Always had a smile! The DJ was amazing as well!

Terrible service. $20 per person for a group. Owner sent us unknowingly to VIP for 2 bottle minimum. Wasted money for 5 min of nothing. Said door girl collecting money is her own business. Ask her for a refund if she lets you.
