Did not receive service until 30 minutes after we sat down after our pay for section. Also, we paid $600 for a section that could only fit 3 people. They ran out of hookahs during the middle of the night. 0/10 would not recommend.

*** beware!! The bartenders here are over charging for drinks. I came to this bar on Friday night/ morning 8/16/25 and purchased two drinks for my husband and I which was 12 dollars each but the bartender charged my card $35. When I asked the bartender for the receipt she took a while to provide one and when she finally did the receipt she gave me had my total at $29 which she then took back and then refused to give me the receipt back. I then asked to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager she claimed that she could not find my transaction and that I wasn’t charged. I then showed her my account and it showed that my card was charged. She continued to assure that my card was not charged even after showing her that it was. No resolution was offered. I then asked the bartender if I could have another drink to make up for the price difference. She then asked the manager who said she could not offer another drink even though I was clearly over charged. The bartender then brings my husband and I two shots. I don’t know what this establishment is up to but something definitely isn’t right here.

Family trip showed up on a Friday night after 11pm, door were locked and closed. Even though online it stated location was open until 2am.. So we had to pay for another Uber to travel back across town to enjoy ourselves for the night.

Cosmo goes up on a Wednesday! A midweek R&B vibe. Bartenders on point, Hookahs on point and that DJ… That DJ is everything! Bottle Service is the only way to go!

From the great service, great hookha, and beautiful ambiance, this is definitely my favorite hookah lounge in Orlando. Safe place, plenty of parking and great prices. I absolutely love the seating in here. Everything is classy and new. Come to Cosmo hookah lounge. Food, liquor and hookah. 💋
