I had a great experience at Joker's Smoke Shop. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of products. Emily was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable with her excellent customer service and positive attitude. It's refreshing to visit a shop where the staff genuinely cares about helping customers find what they're looking for. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Joker's Smoke Shop to anyone looking for great products and outstanding service. Thanks again, Emily!

The young lady who helped me with my selection was very helpful! She was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I was VERY pleased with my selection. Definitely my new favorite shop. Thank you!

I love this smoke shop!! Emily was very helpful and helped me pick out just what I needed. 5 stars

I cannot believe it took us this long to stop into Joker Smoke Shop… but now that we have, I can confidently say we’ve found our new go-to spot! The location is SO convenient right next to SeaWorld, and from the moment we walked in, we were beyond impressed. The product selection? Absolutely immaculate. Everything was beautifully displayed, the store was spotless, and it was incredibly easy to browse. Bonus points because they even carry really cool Orlando souvenirs — such a fun touch you don’t see everywhere! And let’s talk about prices… easily some of the most competitive we’ve seen in the area. Truly unbeatable. But what really made this visit unforgettable was the customer service. Susu was an absolute gem! My husband is a very informed shopper who researches every single item, and Susu was unbelievably patient, kind, and knowledgeable through all of our questions. She never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable, just genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we needed. That level of service is rare and so appreciated! AND they have a points system?! Say less. I love a smoke shop that rewards loyalty, if you’re going to buy the products anyway, you might as well earn perks while doing it. Such a smart and customer-friendly bonus. Amazing selection, incredible prices, spotless store, and truly one of a kind customer service… we are officially hooked! I’m already looking forward to our next visit!

Abel was fabulous and helped us find exactly what we needed! Also gave us some insight of the area as we are out of town. I’ll be back joker next time I’m back
