I will not be coming here, my friends and family won’t be coming here anymore either. It wasn’t the workers fault DO NOT BLAME THEM. The owner is clearly aware of the problem they rip people off with their prerolls DO NOT get them and if you do, SCALE them before getting if u can!! I recommend vapes and apes on Semoran it’s next to ACE and pep boys wayyy better smoke shop. Better business and they don’t rip people off!! I asked the owner here if I could get 2 or 3 prerolls for free to make up for what’s missing instead of a refund and he denied it. So I paid $33 for 5 prerolls that were all 1.7 grams but advertised as 3 grams each. Insane!! Never again, bad businessman. They aren’t even 2 grams 🤦🏽‍♀️. Thanks for nothing to the owner couldn’t even have the balls to speak to me had your worker do it for you! She’s very sweet ur lucky to have her.

I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for years and they always take care of me. They have everything you can think of and their prices are unbeatable! Excellent customer service as well!

I want to give a special thanks to Susie and everyone who works at Level Up Smoke Shop. I sell perfume and cologne and the proceeds are used to help feed the homeless. Everyone here contributes to give back to the community. I am so grateful for all of their help. God bless everyone at Level Up Smoke 🙏

Amazing deals the owner is so sweet and always has a very kind way of helping out if you have any questions! Always gives me great advice and recommendations for different brands!
