Purchased a pack of ZYNs just for me to drive an hour home and find out they are expired. The shop refused to refund me over the phone and insisted I come into the store. Bad customer service - check all expiration dates before purchasing here!

Miss Tee is so nice and sweet she helped me find a variety of flavors that I actually like. I found a brand I could stick with

Mo was awesome! Super helpful and knows what hes talking about. Introduced me to new products I didn’t even know existed. Highly recommend!!

LMAO is the best smoke shop ever! I used to go to some other place down the street, but once I stepped into LMAO, I was blown away by how awesome it is. The owner is super cool and fair, and he always treats his customers with kindness and respect. He keeps his shop open until midnight, which is great for late-night cravings. And he has everything you could ever want or need for smoking, and at lower prices than anywhere else. Trust me, you won't regret visiting LMAO. It's a paradise for smokers. You should check it out as soon as possible! Photos and videos to follow once I head back over. Update: went in again after quite some time. As per usual my guy Mo hooked it up. I love this place

Hemp flowers I am leaving this review to make others aware of my experience. On two separate occasions, I purchased hemp from this shop and was shorted on the weight each time. The first time, I purchased over two grams and discovered it was underweight. I returned on a later date to test this again and purchased one gram. When I weighed it myself, it came out to 0.9 grams instead of a full gram. Every smoke shop that I ever been to always gave me over the weight that I paid for at the very least they could give me the exact weight that I paid for. Accuracy in weight is fundamental when selling by the gram. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend bringing your own scale to verify your purchase, as the products I received were consistently underweight. I hope this feedback encourages better quality control and more transparency moving forward.
