After calling several vape shops trying to find a specific product, this was the only place that both answered the phone and actually knew exactly what I was talking about. When I came in later, the employee remembered me as the person who had called earlier looking for a grape HorizonTech. That alone made me feel welcome. Both employees were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. I ended up finding what I was looking for, stayed within my budget thanks to their help, and even learned they may be able to get another flavor I’ve been searching for. The customer service here was genuinely exceptional. It’s rare to find a business where people make you feel more like a neighbor than a customer, but that’s exactly how I felt today. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you both!

I came to your smoke shop and asked which vape I should buy. You sold me a vape for $30, and I opened it. Only afterward did I find out that I also need to buy an additional $30 cartridge/base just to be able to use it. My question is: why did you sell me this vape without telling me that I would need to purchase an additional $30 part to use it? I used to come to your smoke shop 2–3 times a week, but after this experience, I will not be coming back. I feel like I was not given all the necessary information before making the purchase.

Reuben and Josh were wonderful and knowledgeable no upselling here what so ever and they were so kind and friendly! BEWARE - This shop sells, knock off Blazy Susan and Ooze products. I Purchased two different Blazy batteries from them, and both stopped working completely and charging within less than a week. Decided to try out an ooze battery from them instead, the battery stopped working and charging the very next day. One faulty battery I could chalk up to coincidence, three within one month tells me that they’re selling false products. I don’t have confirmation of them selling other knock offs, but where there’s smoke there’s fire, so I’m sure their store is full of knock offs.
