Q was great! He explained everything in detail which was extremely helpful since I came in with no knowledge about vapes. He gave honest opinions and suggestions for my needs, without a pushy upsell. I'm confident in my purchase and will continue to patronize this place. I'm always appreciative of sales people being patient and answering all of my questions. Many thanks, Q.

My friend went for her birthday and I was on the phone the woman with long white hair was very defensive when I brought up Larry that works at the Alamonte Springs location while on the phone. She said “Larry! that’s my son what has he ever given you?” I said “he’s just cool” and my friend said both women working there made her feel uncomfortable and she left and said “thank you” I would not go to that store after that conversation I’ll gladly go to Altamonte where Larry is cool! Birthdays are supposed to be fun

This location just got a facelift inside. Brand new layout & new products. Customer service is unparalleled. Bryan and Jacob are very knowledgeable about the products they sell & will help out with recommendations based on your preferences.

NOW THIS IS A VAPE SHOP ! They have tons of options for eliquid , disposables , and ecigs. Very clean and taken care of shop. The staff was really knowledgeable and the shop looked very well taken care of. Will be back and deff will recommend others.

My favorite vape store in town! They have such a huge variety of disposables, affordable mods, and so many juice flavors and brands. The best out of 7 shops I've been to. They have a points system that gives you money off. The customer service is phenomenal; they really know their stuff.
