Came in and was not acknowledged at all. The guy was just trying really hard to get some 😺😺 from an other client, that he did not hear the ring of the door. Poor guy can’t multitask. Really disappointed since I go weekly well time to find place. (Girl with the Berserk tattoo). Keep it in your pants next time, it’s just sad

Tristan was truly such a doll, the customer service & knowledge he had was out of this world. It felt as if i was in a fun chemistry class, he answered every question i had! Such a great worker y’all got there; i thought he was the owner hehe 10/10

Worst experience I ever had. I come to the store to buy a couple items which are over the counter items. I've never been ID'd since I'm 53 years old but the gentleman asked for an ID. No problem I did forget it so I calmly walked out of the store and said I apologize. I then came back into the store with a friend of mine who I came with me who was in the Metro store within the mall who's over 30 years old with ID and told him what it was he wanted one himself he walked in the store with cash to purchase it and the gentleman Juan or Jose whatever his name was said to me that he still cannot help me because I came in with another person. Now the person in the store was very cold and distant when I was asking for certain items didn't even talk just kind of walk to a section where it was was kind of waiting on me to decide what it to get I asked for my items and he just seemed very non-customer friendly. I walked out the place and I came back with my friend and he told me that this is a company policy that even though I come back with a person who has a valid license has cash and I am obviously over 21 and not purchasing he could not sell it to me he would not give me the owner of the store he said he was the supervisor of the location and he would only give me his first name. No not for nothing unless this is a drug front store no owner no supervisor would have ever had a company policy where another person comes in with validated license their own way of proof of payment and identifying me when you go to the video that I am way over 21 and would have never stopped the purchase but I guess the guy was more involved in the music he was listening to in the store which was blasting I would never go to the store again with the customer service that gentleman offered to me and did not want to give me no type of information of ownership of that store. Obviously I was trying to be a paying customer and I did forget my ID I politely walked out got somebody else on which had everything validated to come with the excuse of a company policy was very unacceptable.

Made my second visit to this store, and Thomas was an all star. Was patient with my questions and his recommendations of products were spot one. What was really impressive is that he took the time to educate me on different juices and what shouldn't go into your body. You guys definitely rock and have earned my loyalty!
