Nice interior and comfortable atmosphere, but that’s where the positives end. The cigar selection is disappointing—very limited and not well curated. For a place that presents itself as a premium lounge, I expected a much stronger variety and better-quality choices. It feels more focused on appearance than on actually catering to cigar enthusiasts. Service was also underwhelming. Matt, in particular, came across as trying to be a connoisseur, but without the knowledge or professionalism to back it up. If you’re going to position yourself as an expert, you need to understand cigars beyond surface-level talking points. Overall, the lounge looks good, but lacks the substance that makes a cigar lounge truly worth returning to. I wouldn’t come back based on the selection and experience.

I enjoyed visiting this store and being helped by the sage Frenchman Stefan, a wonderful guy. We exchanged stories, discussed cigars and enjoyed a Woodford Rye Double Oaked. A great place and a great atmosphere. Thanks Stefan.
