1. Let's be honest, most of the dudes that work at vape shops are either: a) creepy or b) condescending if you don't know everything there is to know about every device or oil out there. However, this magnificent place has exactly zero of those kinds of dudes. It's a great shop for the girlies. 💁🏼‍♀️💋 2. The prices here are better than everywhere else, and they have a reward system that is actually, really good. I will never go anywhere else. I found my forever shop.

I personally shop at this location at least once a week the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide variety of vapes ,edibles, smoke ables, and more. They also add new stuff pretty often, which is cool. They offer a rewards program, which in my opinion should be a little more rewarding. I've spent about $600 or so and I'm only halfway to the first reward. Lol. I just purchased a 2g hhc/hhc-p disposable and I have to say it is the best disposable I've ever had by far. Reasonably priced but not cheap. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. 😀😤😶‍🌫️🤤😴

Love this place. They have great deals on their devices as well as juice. Owner / Manager goes above and beyond if there’s a specific juice / brand / flavor you’re seeking and it’s not available he will go out of his way to order exactly what you need. 10/10 would recommend.

We love this place. Staff is always extremely knowledgeable and kind. Melissa is always one of our faves to stop in and see at the Navarre location . We highly recommend Cloud City Vaporium to everyone we talk to. Every location is great.

STEVEN IS AMAZING!!! My sister and I quit smoking 5 years ago and have only used NJOY pods since but recently found out they are being discontinued. We came to Cloud City looking for something VERY specific and similar to the flavor and hit that the NJOY classic tabacco pods had but with zero knowledge on e liquids, ratios, vapes ect. Steven was so kind and patient and answered all of our questions. We had to of been there an hour and he kept saying he wanted us to leave happy and WE DID. I live in Milton but I will now be happily be driving 30 mins away to come to this vape store because of the amazing customer service. Thanks to Steven, cloud city has gained 2 loyal life long customers.
