Terrible customer service and dirty store 👎🏻 I was a regular at this store which is the sad part. I came here to spend my hard earned money and was treated very poorly by the worker at the counter. Bought a vape that turned out to be defective and when I walked back up to exchange they said that I can’t exchange once I walk away. I didn’t even leave the store yet. I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone to make purchases here. Unless they enjoy being disrespected and turned away for compensation with defective product.

Iv been coming to the Smoke shop for a few months now and I gotta say they have the best deals on Vapes and many other products! with the best customer service, the people that work here are always so kind and if there’s something they don’t have, they always take my information and get it for me that same week. I would highly recommend everyone to check this place out!

I went into the store yesterday, which was 4/21/ 2026 and I bought a vape as I see on one of the reviews same thing happened to me I asked for a cheap vape. He told me that this vape was a good break. When I got the vape the first vape did not work. He gave me another one and then he put it on the charger and it blew out when I went outside. I hit it again and it didn’t work. I came back in immediately told him that that vape. Did not work he told me there was nothing he can do about it. Today is 4/22 /2026. and I just called also to tell them about the experience that I had with the vape and that the vape is not working now anyone that vapes know that a vape cannot go out in one day so when I called about my complaint, I was told that there are no managers at this site. There’s no managers on site there and there’s nothing that they can do about it. I did not get a receipt, but I paid for this off of my car so it is calculated on my account so my device do go to this place and buy anything because they are getting over on people in a very rude. They won’t exchange things. I’m not looking for money back all I want. Was to change the vape out

Based on the latest reviews I've already read and based on the experience that I just had if I could give this place negative Stars I absolutely would! The old lady with the red hair was nasty and rude and had a disgusting unhelpful attitude right off the bat! I should have known better than to even go into this place especially after seeing all the yellow caution tape outside and not one customer in sight! it was an absolutely dead smoke shop and you would think with no customers at all that you would be nice to somebody who's actually trying to buy something! I'm pretty upset I wasted my time coming here.

Super nice owner 👌 very understanding of the economy and did everything in his power to reduce the cost of the waters pipe I was looking at great atmospher
