So about five days ago, I bought a zippo here for a Xmas present for my husband the lady put it in the box. She handed it to me unbeknownst to me. She grabbed the wrong one and I didn’t realize it, but I did pay for it and I got my receipt so I just happen to be in the area so I brought it back and I wanted to do an exchange like the one I want it was like two dollars more and I said can I exchange it and just pay the difference because this is not the one that I wanted Mind you his wife grab the wrong one and they’re speaking in a different language so I don’t know what they were saying to each other, but the answer was no no we can’t do that like I wasn’t asking for my money back. I was just asking to exchange it for the one that I wanted. I should’ve booked. I should have, but you don’t expect them to give you the wrong one but the way they handled that I was extremely disappointed. I will never go there again. Horrible customer service

For cigarettes they live up to their name when it comes to discount especially when buying by the carton even though I'm trying to stop smoking. The saving when purchasing my brand Salem original cigarettes which is hard to find however the new brands of Salem has too much nicotine and the taste is horrible and the odor is too strong as well as the flavor .
