Leaving a 2 star because it’s harder to get rid of but I would leave 0. I live about 30 min from this place and it’s not my usual spot. Excited to see what they had for glass (limited) I needed a nectar collector for wax. Unfortunately the one I wanted was 50$, and the rig that I settled on was on sale for 35$. I was quite dressed up, and had a pretty friend with me as well. I went home and got ready for bed, excited to use my new rig , as soon as I torched it the glass shattered. Stunned, I went back to the smoke shop in my pj’s with my gf. First of all, man acted like he had no idea who I was and told his boss I bought the piece two days ago. I stated I didn’t want a replacement banger as I figured they were the same cheap glass since there were zero brands anywhere. I asked if I could get a refund, and in between his phone conversation with his boss, and puffing his CIGARETTE in my face, he told me there were no refunds and so I asked if I could get the original nectar collector at a discounted price for my troubles. He then tells me the piece is 60$ INSTEAD. got super hostile when I stated there was no refund policy anywhere in the building or online, and they could get in a lot of trouble for this since I own my own business as well I kinda know how these things work. I could hear the boss yelling on the other line and the guy getting increasingly frustrated with me. Finally he said god I’ll just pay for it it’s 35$ and gave me cash from the drawer. I can’t wait to go back to electric and get a quality piece of glass from nice people at a good price. I cannot express how rudely I was treated over literally 35$. For minimum wage workers that’s 2 1/2 hours of work. Respect people’s time, hard earned money and build rapport. Word of mouth is already spreading my dear owners. Came back in around 10:30 in a tshirt and sweatpants. I guess since I wasn’t dressed up, I wasn’t the same person?? I have 13 facial piercings and a neck tat but yeah act like you don’t know me. I appreciate your response.

The shop is super clean, modern, and has a great selection. Everything is organized and easy to find, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and actually takes the time to make sure you get what you’re looking for. Prices are good, the atmosphere is 🔥, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely one of the best smoke shops around — I’ll be coming back for sure! Best prices I have seen for sales on thca/thcp vapes around! Also have very good quality flower 🌳 🌲 for being "thca" no difference noticed like weird taste or effect like some other shops have. Would definitely recommend for a smoke shop to go to around the 954 area :)))
