I had a horrible experience here. We bought a vape that was working fine, then a day later it was completely burnt. Instead of working with us and exchanging the product, they refused to help or give us a refund or even just a different flavor. Do not recommend.

What a horrible experience shopping at this place Thursday evening before 5 PM The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and tolerate The kid should not be working at a job where he has to deal with customers and have interaction with day-to-day people Horrible horrible experience. For one thing, they wouldn’t accept a $100 bill that totally shocked me I mean what business serious business today does not accept a $100 bill I was probably going to purchase 50 maybe $60 worth of merchandise so what is the big deal if I’m using $100 bill you only gotta give me a couple 20s back and then I get carded on top of that and had to run back out into the car to get my ID I only had $100 bills and a 20 and a five $ bill so I was only limited to buying a $16 vape because all other vapes cost $26 and there was no way in hell he would let me slide a dollar I didn’t even bother to ask then I asked the guy if the vape that I wanted to purchase was rechargeable and he said no that if I want one that is rechargeable it will cost $26 at this point I’m totally annoyed and starting to get angry and asked the cashier. Is this really happening? I almost walked out without purchasing anything at all So I kept my composure and I just purchased a vape and got the hell out of there shaking my head, saying what a nightmare I’ll never shop at this vape shop ever again Turns out when I get home the vape I purchased was rechargeable so the guy doesn’t even know his products that he’s selling

I go in and not only do they not have my product but the man convinces me to try a new type (so gross) and he promises he’ll order the type I was originally looking for. (Vape cartridge and juice) I went in 2 weeks later and he remembered me but forgot to place the order he promised that he would. I walked right out. Don’t tell your customers you’re going to do something and then not do it. Such a waste of time and money. I would give negative ⭐️s if I could. I’ll never go here again.
