I'm only rating this place with three stars because the employee was amazing. He was very helpful and went out of his way. That said, the store did not have anything that I was looking for regarding Kratom strains, specifically red strains and capsules. I had to order online while I was standing in the store checking out the couple of items I did purchase.
I do appreciate your reply. However, I was also referring to the strains of Kratom in which you're lacking a large portion; it's not all variations of the Red Strain. And again, thank you for your reply.

Ever since the main owner sold this store, it has gone completely downhill. Everything is overpriced. Allegedly, most of the products are fake. Completely mistreated employees. The "discounts" don't mean shit if it everything is price hiked. Go anywhere else. This place is a disappointment for everyone. If anything, go to the Discount Smoke at Madison and Trouble Creek. The staff there are awesome and that's the main store that really represents the company!

So the employee was nice, but when I bought my elf bar from them (triple berry ice) I noticed a few things.. the color of the product was way off, as well as the taste. The led light was also not where an authentic elf bar led light would be. Pointed this out to the employee as I returned to see if anything could be done about it. The elf bar on display was authentic but the ones on sale were not. He stated they buy straight from elf bar but I don’t believe so because the product I got was a fake elf bar. In the picture the authentic elf bar is on the right and fake is on the left.

Great products, employees are great and professional, but "discount" is an understatement. I can get the same products at other shops, even gas stations for more of a better price. $20 for a 1g pen, when others have it for $15, $15 for a one gram of flower, others have it for $10, but they have the cheapest loose flower for $10 but that hits like a clone of a clone, doesn't really do anything.
