Best staff and owners never have any issues with products and they always have fair prices and deals 10/10

Rach was excellent very informative I signed up and I have found the best hybrid ever. Clean store and very nice attendees!

This is my go to shop. I definitely shop around and will compromise if needed. I’ve never encountered such solid customer service. Their prices are always in the lowest price range and trust… I’ve looked but for no other reason than trying to save a few bucks. I’ve yet to find better and if the prices have changed they take the time to give reason but again… still the best overall. The products are always on point and any time I’ve had questions… they don’t have an attitude that leaves me feeling like an arse for asking. They always have deals in the event cash is tight and the rewards always seem to kick in just when I need them most. Many thanks to your staff and the way you run your business. It is greatly appreciated.

Bri is seriously awesome! She always helps me find exactly what I need and somehow does it with the most uplifting energy and a smile every time. Really appreciate her and the great customer service, she makes every visit better.

Every visit to DNA is a pleasure, thanks to Bree. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor make me feel welcome instantly. Bree is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and always patient, ensuring I get exactly what I need. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, making her a true asset to the store. I highly recommend DNA Smoke shop for top-notch service and a helpful staff. --- I hope this captures everything succinctly! Feel free to tweak it if needed. 😊
