Jay is the best with everything that has to do with the store and customer service. Would definitely recommend. He always welcomes you with a smile and a positive persona. That’s why I will always come back!

This location is amazing great selection of products and at really good prices, I just wish they carried Cipher products.

Best smoke shop in town! Huge selection, and the staff is on point! Angela is the real MVP - super knowledgeable, friendly, and always hooks me up with the best deals. Great prices too! 5 stars isn't enough!

THC drinks were $10.99/10mg to $14.99/50mg.. I usually pay $7.99/60mg for the Torch or Looper brand at my usual place. Guess I’ll stick with them

Great experience! I've been in a few times and the store is always very clean and well maintained. All of the associates and floor managers I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful, and they are great about guiding you in the right direction without being pushy. Today, I went in to purchase a new daily use glass piece, and the selection was incredible. Carlos helped and he's amazing - He helped narrow my options down by listening to what I was looking for rather than trying to push higher ticket pieces on me. I purchased one, and when I got home and unwrapped it I noticed a crack in the glass. I wrapped it back up and went right back, and Carlos swapped it out with an exact match in a different color with no hassle. I used it as soon as I got home and it's already my favorite piece I've ever used. I've stopped by many in the Brandon area, but this is by far the first place I'd recommend if you're looking for a smoke shop.
