Been coming to Fly for a few years now. Heather has served me every single time, and every single time was 10/10. She is well-versed in the products and has consistently delivered excellent customer service. If you are in the area, pop in.

The guys are super nice and very helpful! Lots of cute pipes to choose from too.

They have a big store for literally no reason at all, they never have inventory and the store smells like a mix of disgusting body odor and weed. They clearly don’t care about this location

The owner there sold us a nectar collector and said it was the best one ever So we bought it for $69 had complications with it so we took it back. They said they don’t do returns so we got another one to rule it out Still didn’t work and found the one I bought at the store for $45 less online. Very disappointed will not be returning

They don’t do a good job of having an assortment of different THC-A Flower available. Twice now I’ve walked in and they had no flower or only a little flower. I’ve tried calling to check before walking in but no one answered (I only called once though, so it may have been a bad day). Overall, for the extent I’m going to purchase paraphernalia from them doesn’t add up to the service I’m receiving in return.
