Her customer service was top-tier, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Stopped by recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, especially Victoria!! Also knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a good selection of products. I appreciated how patient everyone was in helping me find what I was looking for. Overall, a positive experience and I’d definitely visit again.

I came into the shop for the first time today after going to two other shops looking for a new ash catcher. The two shops didn't even know what that was but when I came to this one Trevor and Matthew knew exactly what i was looking for being extremely helpful and patient with me walking me through all options! Safe to say I will return here (Would rate six stars if available)

This was my go-to place for quite a while, but over time I became increasingly disappointed with my experiences. The staff often seemed more focused on making sales than providing knowledgeable guidance on the products they sell. I purchased faulty butane cans that leaked, Dave sticks that melted and damaged my nails, and expensive torches that stopped working after only a couple of months. When I brought these issues to management, the only resolution offered was 30% off a future purchase, and they would not assist with honoring the receipt needed for warranty support. While I appreciate the gesture, it did not adequately address the repeated product issues and inconvenience. I expected better customer service and accountability for the products being sold.

I don't smoke cigarettes anymore, but I do vape, and Red Eye Smoke Shop has become my go-to place. One of the biggest reasons is Trevor. I started using 50 Bar vapes because of one of his recommendations, and he hasn't steered me wrong since. I'll go in thinking I know what flavor I want, and he'll ask, "Have you tried this one?" More often than not, he's right—I end up loving it and coming back for it. At this point, if I'm looking to try something new, I actually ask if Trevor is working because I trust his recommendations that much. It's not just Trevor, though. Everyone there is friendly, greets you with a smile, a peace sign, or just makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. That's the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. If you're looking for a smoke shop with knowledgeable employees, great customer service, and a team that actually cares about helping you find what you'll enjoy, I highly recommend Red Eye Smoke Shop. They've definitely earned my business.
