Briana was awesome and showed me all around. She even sold me on one of their prerolls. Prices are fair and selection is amazing! also the owner is an amazing man! His story will leave you amazed. I’m plus he did all this himself. He saw I had a shitty wallet and out of the kindness of his heart he threw me one and said take this you can’t be using an envelope as a wallet!!! What a guy! So super nice. I will exclusively come here now. They are the nicest and best priced place in the area plus super clean and just good vibes💪

Gaby and Samir were so extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always give great Recs. He price matches literally everyone. Goated shop.

Great customer service and a variety of products for all!! Keep up the amazing work!

Palencia Smoke & Vape is hands-down the best shop in the area. Samir is an incredible owner — genuinely funny, extremely helpful, and the kind of person who brings a smile to your face the second you walk in. The customer service here is unmatched. They always have exactly the vape I’m looking for, and if I ever have a question, Samir is right there with the perfect recommendation. This place is consistently stocked, clean, and welcoming. Easily a five-star experience every single visit. Highly recommend.

Quite possibly the cleanest smoke shop I’ve ever walked into. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is on point
