recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a vape that turned out to be burnt and unpleasant to use. Within seconds of trying it—no more than 10 seconds after leaving the store—I went right back in to request an exchange. Instead of receiving help, I was met with unprofessional behavior from a new employee. She began using inappropriate language toward me and dismissed my concern. To make matters worse, after I explained that the vape tasted burnt, she tried it herself and insisted that it was “actually fairly good,” which completely disregarded my experience as a customer. I want to point out that I’ve been a regular customer here and have spent a significant amount of money at this store over time. I’ve never had any issues before, and the other employee who has been there for a while has always been helpful, respectful, and focused on keeping customers satisfied. This experience was frustrating and out of line with the level of service I’ve come to expect. I hope management addresses this situation so that future customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

Samson is one of the best customer service associates that could ever serve you. He knows what you are looking for in products and flavors. Always has amazing customer skills. Very knowledgeable, and courteous. Best shopping experience hands down, and everytime.

I typically shop your location on Blanding but I was on this side of town today. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The associate, Tori, gave me the best service earlier! This location is absolutely beautiful. Keep up the amazing work!
